Mission Our Social Enterprise aim is to model sustainability by growing our market share and developing new services and products, to increasing the Trust’s value and impact within the community.
We have understood that it is too big a leap for some students to go straight into the work place, further to this, potential employers are not always able to operate their business and at the same time, cater for the specialist needs our clients have. Therefore, we have developed a number of spaces, ‘incubators’, as a precursor to employment but at the same time offering accredited training.

P390 is an effective holistic solution to the challenge of re-engaging hard to emply young people
It gets its name from Ikea where the project started, who used the internal code '390' to refer to the written off stock which is recoverable. In the same way, many of the young people who benefit from 390 have been written off, but they too are recoverable!
Operating in three regions, we offer young people a route into the work place, with a global company that can be more socially responsible, in a mutually cost effective way.
